These exercises were inspired by the book: A Light in the Tunnel — Finding Your Way Through Depression and Anxiety. They offer new ways for you to connect to your internal experiences.
The “light in the tunnel” is about bringing curiosity to all aspects of ourselves. By cultivating our capacity to be with our inner experiences, we can reconnect to a sense of internal safety.
